DEK248 squeegee speed can't be controlled. It always moves with max speeed or something close to that, regardless of the current settings. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Looks like it was the diode inside the encoder. Are getting a new printer instead. Did a short time fix, connected a power supply to the motor and controlled the speed that way.

We had the same problem and it was caused by faulty encoder, which we had to replace. - Dejan
