Looks like it was the diode inside the encoder. Are getting a new printer instead. Did a short time fix, connected a power supply to the motor and controlled the speed that way.

Weird question, but I need it for a claim. About how long does it take to assemble, plug in the power and dry cycle a DEK 248 with vision. I'm saying 90 minutes to two hours tops. Additional opinions would be greatly appreciated.

My DEK 265GSX will not boot in the mornings. When I check my power supplies 5 volts is measuring 1.6v. When I disconnect 5v I read 5.3v on the power supply. When I reconnect to the power supply the problem goes away. Has anyone seen this problem and

You might have something dragging down your power supply, I have had the color monitor do this when it approachs the end of its life span, I have also had the power supply itself go bad but the voltage is usually 0. Unplug the monitors and see what

Check the surge protector on top of the power supply. Pretty common problem on the 265s.
