error code: motor comms failure.card3, Axis123 fatal error-reinitialize machine I swapped x3 and x4, and still get the same error. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance, jsk

I just has this issue and replaced the MIU card. I ordered it from IBE SMT. Make sure to troubleshoot before purchasing anything of course.

Hi. Please help. On DEK 265 GSX i've got on the monitor message: "DEK 265 GSX Motor comms failure, card 1, axis 123 fatal error." F1-F8 doesn't work, machine cant start. No result after Reinitialise machine. Which one is this card1? Is it in PC?

check for power going to the motor - trip switch at back of machine... Swap controller cards to see if the problem moves.
