Hello, we are using DEK265gsx printers, at the minute ARCOM unit is not communicating with motor control cards 0,1,2,3 in Y1 enclosure. Checked CPU & RS232/485 cards from other DEK265, found okay. Any help will be appreciated. Mysmt

Hi, Have you tried to download the MINT ?if this works you should be back in business , if not,check your PSU, which you can access from the back? check the manual as to which one powers the cards- dont have manual to hand but I think it is the 5v

you cannot swap 0-3 only 0-1 or 2-3 they are not the same euro cards. they function very diffrently. if you look you will see there are more chips and circuitry on one set. there are 2 w/red leds and 2 with green leds. at least thats how they soo
