hello everyone, I have issue with one of my DEK air conditioners, it starts to freeze soon after we turn it on. most probable cause is low air flow or low refrigerant pressure. does anyone know what is operating refrigerant pressure range for DEK ai

Typically freezing and air conditioners equals a low charge.

This is not an HVAC unit. This is a small unit attached to a production machine to keep the solder paste from drying out prematurely or slumping. The volume of air being cooled and desicated would be less than 3 or 4 cubic meters.

Are you still facing this issue? Well, I am so late to get to know this. I think you first check your evaporator coil if your air conditioner is still freezing up. It has been seen that a dirty airflow coil stops the proper flow of air through it. It

I just flew in from (insert city) and boy are my arms tired. pr: Likely, you're correct. The "pound-inch" units should have been the give-away, for us. Good catch. If this is the case, the frame fabricator would be the best source for tensioning

It can be wrong pressure sensor switch setting, malfunction or low incoming air pressure. If incoming air pressure below the setting limit then 1 block stop message will display on screen.

Im having problems with my ap 25. I get the air pressure fault alarm when it boots up so I bypassed the air pressure switch but I still get the alarm. The air routes through the machine as soon as I hit the on button, I thought it wasnt suppose to

The front door has as security switch, indeed. It works ok. A lever switch for override the door switch is also included from factory. (It don´t look good from the safety point of view but, you know). There is also a presostatic switch on the air reg

We don't have that machine, but our other DEK's all share a solenoid. Air for both sides should be on or off all together. I'd check for an air supply to the clamps that switches when commanded to clamp or unload.

SP1 is a bi-metal spring loaded switch or the "air fault" switch on the main air manifold that detects the presence of an appreciate amount of air being supplied to the machine. Air pressure overcomes the adjustable spring and closes the contacts.
