We don't have any of these. Our printers use the squeegee arm to detect and align stencil automatically.

I am sure you can upgrade it with DEK and it should not be so expensive. You can also ask them the price of the auto system. This is an arm(controlled by cylinder I think) and software to control it. This one moves the stencil in place when you load

A spare part due very soon, now to change it out. I think I have to remove the entire right arm...suggestions or guidance WELCOME. Thanks!

I just flew in from (insert city) and boy are my arms tired. pr: Likely, you're correct. The "pound-inch" units should have been the give-away, for us. Good catch. If this is the case, the frame fabricator would be the best source for tensioning
