DEK248 squeegee speed can't be controlled. It always moves with max speeed or something close to that, regardless of the current settings. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Most probable is encoder feedback failure... check encoder connections.

Chapter 7 - Machine Control of the DEK manual outlines connectivity between the rising table servo node 6 and the NextMove ES card. If you don't have the manual, just PM me. I'm not an expert in DEK repair, but the solution could be as simple as clea

Price of DEK 248 and MPM UP100 are about the same, $22-36K range. MPM UP100 has programmable squeegee pressure. Precise, repeatable results with less operator involvement. Pressure parameters saved in board program file. DEK 248 has manual microm

Our DEK248 started to behave oddly - squeegee speed can't be controller anymore. It always moves with max.speeed or something close to that, regardless of the current settings. Also, the table sometimes shoots out with very high speed. I am suspectin

We've been using Horizon 01's for a couple of years. We use the advanced 2d board and stencil to setup process control through QC-Calc. It works very well, but you must put the time into setting it up. Ask DEK if they can get you a manual for thei
