"System Suspended While Cover is Opened" indicates front or rear cover opened; not the head being raised. Therefore there is an issue with one of the cover interlocks not being made properly. Note there are 2 switches on each (NO and NC) one goes int

Hi, Yes I tried to do that. When I stick a key inside the slot, I still get a system suspended error. Although I can press the system switch and I can hear the locks engage, but nothing happens. the machine still thinks the covers are opened and
