Offsets are there to for an alignment change over the entire board... alignment weighting is, essentially to account for imperfect match between stencil and board, and will allow you to concentrate best alignment to a given portion of the board (give

I would start by checking the caps on the PC board. I used to have the same machine & they would fail every few years which could cause some random errors to appear on times.

There are a couple of things that I would check. Check the board clamps and make sure that they're in good shape and that they're actually holding the board securely. If those check out I would take a look at the fid camera and make sure that every

We don't have that machine, but our other DEK's all share a solenoid. Air for both sides should be on or off all together. I'd check for an air supply to the clamps that switches when commanded to clamp or unload.

We have 3 of them. E5 (2000), X5 (2006), X4 Proffessional (2012). All of them can handle our requirements, even E5 have the requested accuracy. X5 have disk PCB clamping which really nice for the operators and X4Prof have SPS (3-stage) witch pneumati

Thanks, will do. The point that's odd is one side functions. I think there may be a cable that causes each bank to clamp that may be broken. Time to get my hands dirty...
