In most instances, it is cycle time prohibitive to use it to check the entire PCB. But you can use it to check critical areas. You can also set it up to check every 2nd, 3rd, 5th panel. (etc)

Seems like a file was corrupted on the hard drive. Hopefully you have it backed up. We take a hard drive image of every machine on delivery in case of a hard drive failure or corruption.

To find the specific differences between the DEK Horizon 03IX and DEK Horizon 8 printers, I recommend checking the official documentation, product specifications, or contacting the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer's website or customer support

We have a DEK 265 Horizon and it exhibits a problem with conveyor belts. When I power up the DEK and try to paste boards, it fails to initialize the conveyor. I have to go into Maintenance and select cycle boards on rails. This too fails, but when I

We are looking for a new way to support PCAs in the DEK. I am trying to push for getting grid-locks but have been told they cost to much. Right now we are trying out another support system (hell if I can remember what they are called) like the grid-l

I really would not compare the 2 systems. A ELA is more like MPM's UP-1500. The UP-2000 is more like the DEK Horizon or Infinity. You just opened up one of the great debates of the SMT world. MPM or DEK? You will have people on both sides defend the

Hi all, I have a Dek 265 Horizon that fails to print at the correct pressure. It fails pressure every pass. I am trying to Calibrate it with a PFR1200N pressure Tester which we use for our DEK 248 Printers. I am trying to build up the table height

Thanks for that info... I found out that MPM has UP2000 HiE VP with price lower than DEK Horizon but just a bit higher or let's say relatively the same as DEK ELA...I find it hard to decide which among the 2 based on our budget capability. My budget

We use both The pin placement works fine for the mpm. If its a dense board you have to to some double checking on the initial set up. On the dek we use Grid lock. For us its toss up which is better they both work.
