If you use the calibration plate and stencil, that should fix the problem. I think that you are not saving the result from the calibration test. Double check manuals and probably with DEK technician, but it sounds like you are missing a step.

Then there is a button below to print to printer or print to file. I know how to set a virtual printer, to catch the printed data and store it in a DB, but I miss how to setup automatic printing in DEK after any change. Could you help with it?

Ok i must be missing something. You are using a dek 03i screen printer for glue and it's not fast enough? there is no glue dispensing machine that i know of that will ever be faster then a screen printer at doing glue dots

We have used DEK for over 12 years, can remember only a handful of times they mis cut a stencil and have always stood up and replaced at no charge with no argument. Have missed their "same day" shipping a bit of late, but overall we're very satisfied
