Hallo all, I have recently had possibility to work with DEK265. I have met with problem poor print definition (no sharp edges). I used stencil 150 thickness, metal squuegees. I moved than the same stencil, squeegee and parameters to DEK nifinty and

Price of DEK 248 and MPM UP100 are about the same, $22-36K range. MPM UP100 has programmable squeegee pressure. Precise, repeatable results with less operator involvement. Pressure parameters saved in board program file. DEK 248 has manual microm

Dear Sami, Consider doing DOE it the printing speed is a point of concern. A few questions: 1. Which glue do you use? 2. What are the printing process parameters you have entered into your DEK? Could you list them here (front/rear printing speed, s

We have been using the Pro Flo for about a year and the print quality alone is worth making the move. It is flexible in that switching over to blades is pretty simple (if you need to), and the operators love it because clean up is a breeze. The only

I am printing on DEKs and using simulara paramateres as for a solder it works really fine. In general going faster gives you more paste/glue. Less pressure gives you more paste/glue again. All the rest depends on your current board. Regards, Emil

We conducted a DOE to establish our print setup parameters. These will of course depend on the paste you select, and the thing just runs. The techs store the head in a ziplock bag when not in use. When they need to run, they just attach the head,
