It came out that 24V relay switch in the power supply part was simply broken. When we fixed that - stop button was pressed, but we came to this conclusion eventually!

Voltage checks out ok after i unplug the monitor and unplug the dc voltage suppy to the y1 enclosure. I lose the 24v and 5v line completely when i plug these in and voltage drops on the +12v and -12v, which leads me to believe a bad power suppy. What

It was the Power supply in the M24 box. While everything lights up now, the Estop relay (Pilz X2), the power light dims and comes back. Voltage at idle is 24v, under load it floats all over the place. It also will not let me initialize the machine, i
