Does anybody using Vitronic Soltec's Delta 5 wave have any problems with their Select X. Apparently there are others out there (according to our rep) who are having problems. I am curious as to what they are and what you are doing to fix it.

Hi Adam, What kind of problems have you heard of? The reason I ask is that we just bought a Delta 5 recently and are awaiting for the SelectX to be installed on our machine. We haven't received it yet. Steve

I don't know if we are on the same track. It is not that our select x isn't working well, It's not working AT ALL.

Vitronics moved most of their production from holland to china the beginning of this year... I'm not saying this might be the reason, but on the other hand, I just fear for the quality of their new machines and am astonished that a company with such

Steve, If you can get me your snail-mail address, I will send you some latest information. We actually have a totally new system called Delta 5. It is Condensation Soldering rather than Vapour phase, the difference being that we solder in an air ti

I hope that we have not lost much quality, but am still bothered by the way our select x is working. It seems to do very well when I can get the nozzle head within 5/1000 of an inch to the board as it passes. However, when I increase that distance
