Can someone suggest the best all-purpose saponifier. I'm using an aqueous batch cleaner. I was using a saponifier with a blue color that worked very well but I did not have the manufacturers name.

I thought the same thing but he did mention density. I threw out the color thing immediately - which is normal. But to NOTICE a density proble with set programs seem aby-normal. Unless one our maintenance guys got a hold of your machine for a PM.

Patrick- You have not given enought detail of the type of discoloration. Is it "white residue"? Can it be "rust" colored? Whatever it is, you fab supplier needs to be called in immediately and give you an exact reason for this failure. Just rubbing

yeah, we use the low static stuff too... except when the purchasing assistant did the company a "favor" and sought out something cheaper. Those times you want a big stick! The color confusion is because of the rose colored glasses that I wear. Joh
