Is jet dispensing of highly filled polymers possible? I have only seen applications with SMT adhesives, where the filler content is on the order of 10%.

I am looking for info On Dispensing adhesive for Securing SMDs to the PCB with the Dispense -Jet technology. I know Asymtek offers a system does anybody else? What kinds of results are being seen? Repeatable? Any Info will be helpful Mike

What I would ask before actually answering your question is, what is the smallest footprint/pad which can be pressure dispensed/jet printed? Regards, Tom.

What is the difference between jet printing & jet dispensing. Our's is small prototyping, high reliability PCB assembly business. The SMT components used are up to 0.4 mm pitch BGA & 0201 size chips. Which is more suitable for us?

Seeing this graphic has me rethinking solder paste jetting as alternative to stencil printing. It seems it's only 2-3x faster 80k points per hour vs 28k. Wouldn't it be better to get 10 time pressure dispensers vs 1 solder jet?

Jet printing can reach 80um, whereas contact dispensing is 0.3mm I believe. 0402 pads are 0.6x0.5mm.
