Binks does not build the Z-6-434 spray gun anymore, you will have to up-grade to the Binks Model 460. It works as well as the other type if not better.

I am having problems with voids in our soldering process. I believe it to be the fact that we use a no clean flux without control on how the boards are handled (gloves, procedures, etc.) Does anyone have suggestions on the appropriate place to start?

Does any body know if there are any legitimate health or safety reason's to vent solder fumes, at both reflow and hand soldering work stations? Personally I don't like to have the fumes in my face, but I don't know if it causes a health risk. Thanks
