We've found the problem. It was fault scale encoder. Swapping cards didn't help. Thanks everyone for the input.

1. switch the axis cards 2. switch the axis servo cards 3. make sure the distance between scale and encoder is 400um 4. check the signal by oscilloscope, adjust to have the right signal 5. replace the scale or encoder

Try changing conversion board. 2 big ribbon cables plug in to it. p./n 00321189. or the 2 ribbon cables may need to be reseated. Thanks, Ryan

I have found the paste flux is the worst. It leaves a black residue that can corrode.

Does your paste provider recommend a TAL? For the leaded and lead-free pastes that we use, the manufacturer recommends 60 seconds above liquidous. I note that your profile shows the TAL as 30 seconds, which may not be sufficient. That said, tho

I'm not familiar with your machine but is it possible that this dll file is looking for a security dongle of some kind ? This might be a small USB key, a USB device installed on one of the internal headers on the motherboard or something on a serial/
