Regarding nozzle inspection of Fuji Aimex II

Hi SMTnet. I am planning to inspect the nozzles for our Fuji Aimex II on more regular basis. We have the H12HS and DX mountingheads. Are the any of you have there have some experiences in how often this should be done? I do know that it depends on t

the "hooks" appear to be in good shape and are holding the nozzles up...machine will run even utilizing those head/nozzle combinations...we will check the valve, and verify proper operation, during non-production time....
