It would be helpful to know what happened before the error occurred. Do you have another machine so that you can swap some boards? The Force CPU, (machine controller) located in the VME, is responsible for controlling all machine-related activities.

We checked the three pacsci pc800 servo controllers and they all look OK, no red or error lights. VRM amps all look OK. Still haven't found the issue.

The so-called "drivers" are used to control each servo - control boards at the back of the machine. There are several (8?). If one is "worn out" and has no strength to move the servo, maybe this is where the error comes from? They can be interchanged

All ready resolved. Looks like there was a loose cable on one of the modules, which would not allow it to command the low voltage servo module to run the motor in reverse.
