Thank you for the answers to my questions. We are running two-lead LED insertions. Most of our PCBs are square between 9" and 14.25" in a 16 x 16 array, so pitch ranges from 0.52" to 0.90". Further complications are that most of the boards have th

Hello James. I've got a YesTech YTV-2050 system at work with one top-down camera, and 1 side-view camera for each of the four sides. I do have the side view cameras being used for automated side inspection. There are some parts with markings that are

Another thing to make sure of and the vision calibration system will fail if this is out of range: Use a magnet foot stand micrometer and measure the spindle run outs. First remove the nozzles and nozzle adapters, then put the adjustable tip (I dont

You may very well be right Hussman, but I'm not certain that marcin knows exactly what he wants to know. :) I would call that ramp rate, not delta t, but that's my language. marcin, what I'm talking about are the varying temperatures on your board d

I am in the R&D department at KIC. We have been making thermal profiling equipment for 20+ years. A standard circuit board is made from FR4 fiberglass. A typical solder reflow profile, whether leaded or unleaded, takes the board above the "glass t
