In Eagle 6.0 and later you can edit the XML directly it should be fairly trivial. Then download the Eagle free package from the CADoft website to view and it should be okay regards sarason

Eagle doesn't have that option.All useful outputs are generated via the ULP file. Which are user generated files that are written by users. eagle.autodesk.com/eagle/ulp sarason

I want to say that I did that last year. You can download Eagle for free(trial period), open the ASCII and generate the P&P file. It was an option under the file menu I think....not hundred percent sure....but it was definitely saying exports P&P fil
