You can always add a second level of control. We used a document that lists all configuration codes that reflected these types of changed. For instance, code 001 reflects Dwg. Rev. A, and ECO A1 and DVR 4234. Code 002 reflects Dwg. Rev. A, and ECOs

Check the fine SMTnet Archives for contacts at ASI and Conductive Circuits. They print materials on substrates to incorporate ECO, not sure about making the trace cuts, though.

hi... try evaluating eco solder paste Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5 from Senju... output is good and i suggest your stencil's apperture ratio with the pad 1:1 when it comes to fine pitches...and BGA pads regards, janry
