If always on... you will need to write product file as edge justified, and position stencil properly before auto-clamping takes place. If always off... you will need to write product file as center justified... and position stencil and acknowledge st

As Dekhead has said, sounds to me like you have the wrong setting in your screen choice within the program, is it edge or centre justified?

Automated Depanel - Tabs or Scores?

Electronics Forum | Wed Jan 22 11:18:26 EST 2020 | emeto

It is all PCB design based for me. Auto router is great as you can pick tabs locations to avoid stress on components close to the PCB edge. For some boards you can hardly justify anything other than manual V-score. So I would say there is no better w

No this message isn't about my triumphant return. It's not even about that lady I wanted to run away with to Mehico (who were you again). It's about progress and some of you might be interested, or not. 1) For DEKheads, I submit we had two of Britai

Leading edge, This is used to determine the orientation of the board as you want to run it. If you use center justified stencils this is usually not an issue since you can just turn the stencil any which way you want to. If you are using front/rear

Chrissie also says, "Before anyone suggests it - redesign of the boards is not an option!!", so I'm assuming that re-design means panelization too. She's probably sitting on thousands of these unpanelized PCB's in stock. Now, for the future, as Ste
