try doubling the operator password, that's how it is setup on our Ekra. eg. 2140 operator password, then service password is 4280

Chris the standard service password works but to change the board dims and fid locations i need "operator" password which I don't have.

Double it if you need the machine settings(9060), at least that works on X5's.

Have you tried 4530, again for the X5's this is our operator password. Good luck

Does anyone know if there is a standard administrator password. I have the operator level password and also the Service password but i cannot log into the mid level where you teach a program. is there a way to reset this? or is there a standard one

Try 2211, on the X5's this is reserved for inspector, but it may be what you're looking for.

Anyone happen to know the EKRA Serio 4000 Service or Engineer password? We just had our printers installed, our primary tech is out of reach, and I can't get a response from the Emergency Tech Support Hotline. Thanks in advance!
