It is a 2011 XPRT5 with Software version ESP001-413 2010-08-04.0. The chassis appears to be the same as an X4.

While perhaps not your problem, I found an unsoldered connection on my E1. It had worked for 20 years until I bought it. If you have a manual, try tracing the related connections if you have a resident troubleshooter.
