Try adjusting your vision file. There are a couple of different ways you can vision this part. Why is the nozzle cut down. We place electro. caps also and use a standard nozzle. Are you using a deep pocket feeder. MrMaint

Carbon tanks don't make DI water. AFAIK Unless you mean the resin tanks and are simply calling them carbon tanks.

I've found Electro-Shock Behavior Modification tools to be quite helpful.... You've got to crank the voltage up a little at first, but once you hit 'em two or three times you can turn it back down.
