"This might have an effect on failed clinch/cuts when the head is inserting in the 90-deg L position." A missing pusher tip would effect everything, I think. If you've got failed cnc's at one rotation, there's something else wrong but I'll be damn

Sorry guy.........just trying to state the obvious is all. Not an accountant....just an old equipment guy around since the days when thru-hole equipment ruled the earth. But until you get some proper training, no amount of staying late and working

You probably do not have "Drift". The rotary table and or fixture may not be square. The rotary table can be adjusted. You should have someone who has done this before available to make the adjustment before you try it yourself. You can check the

We know nothing of DeFelsko, but do understand how they distinguish between the solder mask and the conformal coat. DeFelsko manufactures hand-held, non-destructive coating thickness gages that are ideal for measuring the dry film thickness of confo

Our board layout folks are currently designing a PWB using a 132 QFN. The component is .5mm pitch with .35mm square pads. The component manufacturer recommends the following footprint: .4mm square land .3mm square solder resist 1.why do they spec

This could be the reason for the mask defined pad. ERROR in docs! This happens a lot. I believe this to be case honestly, I would not use mask defined pads for these. If you get a registration shift in mask which is likely you will run into troub
