Our Select X is collecting dust on a shelf ... wish I had a standard air knife.

Brian, You say your SelectX is working fine, I'm curious, what settings do you use?

It really depends on what method you used to mask. Liquid mask, tape, rubber boots, etc. It is something most learned thru trial and error, much like running the parylene machine. It's never as easy as loading it up, turn it on and watch it go!

Thanks, Deni. I ended up doing all that you have mentioned + I copied/duplicated the existing databases. After importing programs and getting what I need from them, I d the altered databases and renamed the copies back to default.

Good choice for choosing FUJI machines. But if you had the budget, I prepare to recommend the NXT machine. NXT is fast, reliable and easy to use. You can contact your local support or visit the fuji website. rgds

I've seen a couple of lines of assembleon AX machines in the Micron plant in singapore and at amkor in the philippines. Lines were running smooth and very high yield according to production engineers. Might want to take a look at those machines.

Fuji used to offer a free utility to do this but since they are not supporting MCS30 anymore I do not know if they will still provide it. Jerry

Jerry, Thanks for the post. I contacted Fuji and they have advised that they no longer support MCS30 (surprise??). Any other avenues I might try? Dana
