if the battery failed then you will have lost all the Cmos settings it held relating to the disk drive configuration/availability. Jump into the PC setup at switch on and make sure everything is correct

What we are finding that the volts on the Drive motor are dropping when the oven gets hotter. As for the encoder not pick up the drop in speed, I ran the wires for the encoder outside of the oven away from everything, didn't help!!! I swapped PC's

I used one on SMT at a previous employer. Make sure that you have 3 zones of preheat. Make sure that your operators are trained. The airknifes are extremely difficult to set up properly. Don't use them on high mix lines. We didn't need them once
