I dont have a schematic anymore but its most likely the SSR for that zone or the blower.

If its like my wave, the t-couple might not be mounted over a whole where the hot air blow out./ mounting it on the hot plate makes it over heat alot.

We bought a "very used" Omniflow 10 at least ten years ago. We have only replaced maybe 5 blowers in that time.

We swapped the solid state relay for zone 5 bottom to zone 5 top but the problem came up once a while. As for noise protection, there are jumpers at E1 to E8 and E9 to E16. They are hardware filters and prevent noise spikes from affecting thermocoupl
