I dont have a schematic anymore but its most likely the SSR for that zone or the blower.

If its like my wave, the t-couple might not be mounted over a whole where the hot air blow out./ mounting it on the hot plate makes it over heat alot.

are you sure the zone 5 blower is running? sounds like it isnt.... no harm to check all blowers while you are at it.

According to one of Electrovert's reflow engineers, hour meters have not been installed "for quite some time". So, I stand corrected, older OmniFlo series ovens may have hour meters.
