Hello, We have Versaprint ERSA Printer. The machine has been working so well since over 10 years. Now, the vaccum cleaning option is not workinh anymore. The machine stops right before the vaccum cleaning start. Any idea to help fixing that problem?

Have you tried using offsets to begin to move the head away in the Z axis while it is moving in a lateral ( X Y ) direction. The spikes are difficult on the Ersa, but experiment with hitting the location from different directions may help also.
