we have a new ersa ews500 wave machine and are experiencing difficulty in profiling for lead free. particular issue is reaching 110c preheat for large TH electrolitic caps while maintaining 110-170c on 1/4 watt resistors in same area

So are you saying that you cannot reach 110C at 1 location without raising another location to excessive preheat temp? If so, sometimes slowing down the conveyor and dropping the preheat temps will help you get equal temps. I do not know this machi

we have 4 bottom IR heaters and a 2 zone bottom Quartz heater (2 lamps/4 lamps) and 1 convection heater above zone 1 IR. we have very tight restrictions from customer and I could send profile view to your email if possible

I think SEHO GoWave 1030 is better than ERSA ETS 330. The SEHO GoWave 1030 is a powerful soldering system for mass soldering applications. It's used for all types of soldering.

Hopefully not too late of a reply... We currently have both, the Ersa ETS 330 (running LEAD solder) and Seho GoWave 1030 (RoHS solder). Bought the Ersa used, and it seems like a strong built industrial high volume machine. We've needed to modify it a

Hello everyone, i recently got Ersa ETS 330 wave machine '94. I got it running and heaters and flux pumps are ok, but I have problem with 2nd wave pump. It runs for 10-15 sec and then shuts down with error message on display. I checked bearings and

CMiller, Thanks for the valuable info! We are in the midst of lead-free deployment and need to know good alloy choices at both wave and ERSA. I have heard the same things regarding SAC305's price for bar solder, but don't yet know what the process

We bought the lead free pots for the Ersa machine and change back and forth. We had a lot of problems running SAC305 in the Ersa. It seems to create a ton of dross and you need to frequently clean and flux the nozzles. I would really like some feed

We have a problem with soldering of a 96 pin header connector(9001-11961c00l1a from kingmate) we use 3 different wave soldering but in all of the machines we have many short circuit between the pins . the wave soldering machines that we use is fr
