Its looking like this was a CPU speed issue. The BIOS defaults to X3, and it needs X7.5 for the PCA-6180E CPU card.

MM (MultiMove) cards are in the M19, Motor Control, crate (located front of machine, right side). MM's are the larger cards located on the far right side; X11, X12 and X13 slots (X11 slot is only used in Infinity, empty slot on Horizon / ELA).

Thanks to everyone who has responded so far. We are going with dedicated tooling for our phone cards but not for our system cards so that takes that out of the equation for the former, will evaluate for the system bds.. Thanks for the info.. Regard
