During production the machine Cycle Alarm ESC 3. When cycling power the error shows up again during a zero set after performing the Z1 zero set. When it errors out on zero set the only option that the machine allows is to power off. Thanks in advance

We had some AP machines that are long gone but found this in an old doc. Hope this works for you. Hit the “esc” key to get to a dos prompt Type “edit ap.opt” Make changes. Save and exit. Reboot machine Good luck

Oh, IP2, holder 3 is not making the sensor that confirms it is up far enough for the X2 to move. It may even be just timing.

Setting Speed for Ram is usually in the BIOS set up, Pressing DEL key, or F1, or ESC should bring you into the screen. It will usualy tell you on boot up. Look in there for the setting. Other times its a jumper setting on the motherboard. 7200 & 1
