Which compact oven manufacturer makes a better product? Essemtec or DDM? The Essemtec units look the same as Manncorp. I have found 2 RO300FC's and a Novastar 1800. The 1800 looks like it hits a higher temperature but not sure if its needed to go

I would remove enough links to get the tensioning assembly back where you have room for adjustment again. I would have to agree that if the machine is still under warranty you should have Essemtec correct the issue.
