Is there are reason for going for larger (or smaller) boards when designing panels for use with a chain conveyor oven? My panels range from 0.6mm 2 layer (for touch with hatched ground) to 1.6mm 4 layer. I'm planning to go for smaller panels to reduc

Hello, colleagues! Please help make a choice! (MY500 + MYDATA MY100 + Heller Mk1707) or (Dec Horizon03 + Samsung 421 + Essemtec RO400FC-C) or very cheap Korean equipment (Sj InnoTech; HP-520 + Mirrae Mx350P + TSM; A70-i71). The volume of required c

Which compact oven manufacturer makes a better product? Essemtec or DDM? The Essemtec units look the same as Manncorp. I have found 2 RO300FC's and a Novastar 1800. The 1800 looks like it hits a higher temperature but not sure if its needed to go

Ed, sounds like your tech. is full of *hit. He must be fatter and lazier than me!! I'd call Essemtec and make sure that his statement is correct, and if it's true, Gabriella is right. Have a good one bud.

I would remove enough links to get the tensioning assembly back where you have room for adjustment again. I would have to agree that if the machine is still under warranty you should have Essemtec correct the issue.

Greetings, I have to agree with others here. If the system is under warranty get them back in and have them fix it. I work for another oven manufacturer and we would take care of this under warranty. If it is a design defect we might fix it for free
