Maybe the problem is not the cutter, but the arm that advance the tape in the adjacent feeder gets actuated at the same time as the active feeder. line-up a feeder in pickup position visually, then turn the crank until the roller or feeder advance me

Hello, We are experiencing a little problem of cutting feeder tape. When ever we place two or more 24 mm feeders together, the cutter on the machine will partialy cut the adjoining tape, or pull it out of sequence. The machine is a Panasonic MSR,

You might want to look into one of the machines from Europlacer or Mydata that have very high feeder capacities(200 or more) and intelligent feeders. They were designed for minimal change over time in high mix environments.

WE ARE USING MIRAE MX240. ON THIS MACHINE, THE FEEDER ADVANCE AND THE FEEDER PITCH IS CONTROLLED BY THE MACHINE/SOFTWARE AS OPPOSED TO THE FEEDER ITSELF. OUR SELECTIONS FOR 24MM FDDERS ARE 4,8,12, 16, AND 24MM.I WAS WONDERING IF THE 20MM PITCH WAS UN

We use Samsung and our 24mm feeders have 8,12,16,and 20mm pitch settings. I have found 20mm pitch quite common. My favorite is yhe 12 on 12 our feeders don't support that, we have to put them up on 16mm feeders our cycle them 3 times on a 4mm pitch
