Yamaha or Europlacer?

Electronics Forum | Fri Feb 13 11:22:17 EST 2015 | slarochellesmt

I can offer some background on the IINEO II as I feel it is much better than the Yamaha. I currently have 3 IINEO IIs in production that replaced 3 Assembleon lines. The IINEOs handle quick changeovers better than any SMT line that I have used to d

Hi Liza, We've seen it occaisionally in house on Universal GSM 8,12,16mm but not on Fuji (except when a feeder's not used for a while). Also on 44, 56 & 72mm (the smaller vol parts I mentioned earlier. It tends not to affect the Hoover Davis Feeder

Looking to repurpose some older 32mm GSM Blue Label feeders for a custom application. These feeders are the 24V type and not 42V. Does anyone have any information on connecting to and communicating with the feeder outside of a GSM machine or setu

Rob, I don't have the time to do the research and prove my points. What I know is from 20+ years studying the competition. Any Fuji saleman would tell you that based on the original post the AIM platform is the better choice. Bigger board, more fe

Europlacer feeders and trolleys

Hi, As a user of EP P&P machines for over 20 years I have used Gen 1 & Gen 2 Trolleys. If you can get Gen 2 Trolleys with Elements that would be the preference as there are a few options available on the Gen 2 not on Gen 1. That said the Gen 1 Trolle

Dual lane vs. single lane feeders for high mix

Electronics Forum | Mon Dec 11 19:28:51 EST 2017 | spoiltforchoice

That was a year ago, got my feet wet now and looking for something nicer but preferrably not $400k. I'm just trying to learn more about the turret technology and see if there is anything for a small tiny factory being run by a single operator/tech
