I would ensure a nozzle is fitted to spindle 1, UIC genesis, Fuzion etc can be a bit funny with this. If that checks out ok, I would be ensuring nothing is obstructing the Z travel. Next would be to ensure the Z motor is at home & again this is wor

Do you have to have at least 1 nozzle on the head? I think the lightning heads you had to have at least 1 nozzle on the head or it would give an error.

Turns out I cleaned the pin mirrors and then did the rest of the PM steps and fixed it... regular PM is important!

Is there anyone out there required by their customer to clean the finget tab contacts even after using noclean paste? We have been asked to clean even though we don't have any flux residue on the contacts. Any ideas? Mike
