Steve, Metcal can still provide some of these nozzles. I represent Metcal in Michigan and have a few customers still using the FCR system. They have purchased some new nozzles, but I also have an old demo unit with a large assortment of demo nozzle

So am I. Have been for about 3 years. Metcal won't make the custom nozzles any more so even the cost ineffective route is closed. What's funny is that they make an adaptor to fit the FCR nozzles onto the QX2 but won't make one to fit the QX2 nozzles

Here is a video I shot of the machine running the first sticky panel. I programmed the fids in the wrong locations but forced it to run anyway so the pattern is skewed. It also ran low on air and stopped which is why it had to do a repair at the end.
