Main difference is the reel holder position and for sure the clamping pin location. Tape feeding system is different. Any way they cannot be compatible among them. Q type feeders must be used for MV Q-Type placer and K-type feeders must be used for M

The short answer is "No" the white and green feeders are not interchangble. The green feeder has a channel in it to allow the "embosed" or plastic tape to fit flat at the pickup position. If you use paper tape in this type of feeder the tape can be d

We currently have agilis feeders and TM8 magazines for our Mydata machines. Our operators and set up people seem to dis-like the agilis feeders. When you set up a reel that already has the overlay tape peeled free from the carrier it gets in the way

We have an HSP 4796B chipshooter on the floor. Feeder pick-ups after changeover (during new run start-up) are always a bit of a hastle. Can anyone tell me if a feeder "zeroing" jig works well? I always reset feeder B offsets. I recorded "B" offse

We use Microsoft Access to track our feeders. I have made a system for the machine operators to tag the feeders when they run into problems. We seem to be having a lot of pitch issues. I am wokring on geting a calibration jig to solve that issue.
