John, Fuji also has a cheaper feeder jig other than the DT-651 or DT-5. Contact Joel at Fuji America Corporation in the parts department for more information. The training department has one in their area for feeder maintenance training.

Hi All, Can anyone tell me if it's possible to change just the ratchet wheel on a Fuji 8x4 feeder to make it 8x2 so we can run 0402 chips, or would we need to change other parts in the feeders as well?

Which feeder jig did you purchase? I could not get any other type of feeder jig from Fuji. I had talked to them about a more stripped down version, but they said they discontinued it a while back.

Does anyone know of a vendor who manufactures pallets for PCB's. I have a couple of boards where the parts are too close to the edge to allow them to be placed in my Pick & Place equipment (nozzle will hit conveyor rail). I know that pallets are made
