We use IQ feeders from PPM and cant find any reference material on maintenance and calibration of these feeders. Does anyone here know where I can get repair manuals, diagrams, or any info on these feeders at all?

The clutches are brand new and oil free. As I stated above we run newer components as a general rule. I see this happening across different date codes, and different manufacturers. I have tried routing the overlay tape like the diagram on the feeder,

We have had the same problem for years. The way we have fixed this is by NOT winding the cover tape the way the diagram shows. We only use the roller that is connected to the index arm. Hope this works for you.

Voyager and the uic site has diagrams for the safety systems. There's often interlocks on weird stuff, like for me it was a feeder bank sensor was loose.

I found through trial and error...that a special cable is needed to communicate with the csm84v. I used diagram 3 which is shown in the manual...We can upload and download files using the toolbox and Windows 3.1 It should work with Windows 95,98. The
