you can check several things here: 1.Is this original tape or it is tape and reel service? 2. Is the cover tape that sticky, to lift component a little bit(sometimes might get the hole component). 3. Hole too loose, allow it to move too much 4. Fee

I suppose I worded that poorly, we run a B2 bench-top unit later on in the process (QA area to be exact) so it isn't in line with anything and doesn't have to keep up with anything feeding it upstream. And we run Juki equipment.

In a past life I ran F1 systems post placement / pre reflow behind a MyData My12E, so it didn't exactly have to keep up with a speedy chip shooter, but it did pretty well. The AOI would end up being the bottle neck some of the time, but not because

Hi, Thanks for the ideas, and I liked URL's idea of seeing if we can move the in feed sensor, that might hold the board wile the other is feeding in. Our in feed conveyer is also much faster than the oven, and I wonder if we can change that. I will

Hi, We have a problem sometimes where our soltec oven will accept another PCB too soon after it's taken the last one, so the PCB will collide with the last PCB that just enter the oven, and knock half the components off one of the boards, and destro

Can anyone recommend starting points for feeds and speeds in machining durastone pallet material using a CNC routertable? Cutter suggestions as well.

My company uses both Juki electric and mechanical feeders. Yes, electric feeders are much more efficient than mechanical as far as pick speed and general feed speed. However, if a reel runs out, it usually takes our operators under a minute to change

Inspecting for plating problems shouldn’t be part of incoming inspection. Your board manufacturer should have the appropriate process control. I shouldn’t have said barrel cracks but plating skips. Plating skips are caused by dull drills or a too hi
