If you are referring to the zero sensors then they are all working as they should.

When an older Fuji machine acts odd the first place to go is a reset start and reload proper, program, and status to see if that fixes it. Just make sure you have a good proper before you begin. Jerry

Thank you, Jerry. I have done a Fuji wash and resent proper and status, still no luck. I'm going to go through my proper and ensure it is indeed good.

DEX, The MTU has it's own proper and status separate of the IP2, are you sending both? Ed

As far as I can tell In the software I am using it has them combined. I am using ProSMT+. I don't see any option to send a separate proper for the MTU alone. Am I missing something?

Would I need to have the mtu in in the line as a separate machine? you know how good ol' ProSMT is, nothing seems to work how it should.

Open Proper Editor in the IP2 Machine box On the right side you will see boxes Near the bottom 1 box would be MTU Click on that. Load data from file. Send to machine. Jerry

These are some screenshots of the operator interface. I may be overlooking something, but I don't see any type of options for the MTU.

Not a problem! I appreciate all the help! They all travel in the correct directions. Do you know which input card I should be looking at to check the range switches?

If anyone else encounters this issue my solution was the TSA-200A board replacment.
