Hi there: I'm having trouble to assign an adequate vision Type to dpak components in Fuji Flexa (placed by an IP3, SMD3 vision system). Currently we're using 254 but accuracy is reduced and also can be placed backwards (yes, I know... supplier packag

I also use Flexa but we use QP3 and our vision number is 20. I would feel they are comparable libriares.

Hi, Now it was a couple of years since I did this but it's possible. I have been down to 0.5 mm pitch. If you have a vision system with vision type 230 I would suggest that you use that. One other trick is to only specify 50 % of the ball diameter.

Hello every one! I need help with a misaligned theta at plcc44, the machine is a IP3 smd3, firmware 2.99, vision card 4400 and both camera type YD2048N on label but in Proper data is set 2 (I don't know if this is right) we use Fuji flexa, Back Lig

If is IP-1, is using SMD2 vision instead of SMD3 (CPIV-IP3, CP6,7, etc) if so, you must use Vision Number instead of Vision type... if you're using fuji flexa just press F1 on vision number and you will se most common vision numbers depending on shap

If you are only concerned with the outline and it has 4 corners, VT-10 or 254 will work with backlighting. If the FIP3 machine has a 4400 card installed, frontlighting with high I/O counts could take a while during vision processing. If your machine

I am sorry for not being clear enough... We have a FUJI CP642 and a IP3 machine. At present, we have to create part data for each and every part used in a job, which consumes a lot of time. I was just wondering if there was a way to minimize this?

Hi. I'm trying to develop a shape to place a QFN at a CP6, I'm using FujiFlexa. We have never had a shape for this particular component, we only draw as a rectangle and put a rectangle vision No (10 in this case) but we're scarifying accuracy. is th
