We make a custom mini stencil to print the paste onto the QFN and flip over to load on the rework station. The mini-stencil was designed for SRT to pick up the QFN. Check BeamOn (stencil house) for detail. Good luck

I've seen these machines flip over and left outside for weeks in the rain, heat, moisture and still work. Doesn't hurt to take clean it up just view the sensors.

Hello KaHrpr. I can't seem to find the single row version, also they need to be offset slightly so when you flip them over they align to different pins.

You literally just loosen both hex bolts and slide the bar to the pitch you want. Then tighten the bolts. You can also remove the bar, and flip it over to get additional pitches.

It's a longshot but.....I have seen low-standoff parts move caused by via's under the part erupting from within internal layers (outgassing). If this is a multilayer PCB and vias are not well plated or pourus, they can and will expand when heated.
