I have had to flush the ram when replacing a TEP controller. These are kind of scetchy instructions from my notes, never could get PPM to send me any procedures. Hope this helps. Plug keyboard and monitor into RT computer and navigate to 2kla/RT/TEP

Try these things: 1. Reseat the cards (with power off) and Reboot the machine and see if the errors clear. 2. Unplug the nozzle changers and try to reboot....sometimes they can mess up the system. 3. If all the above fails.....the b-rams in the card

Ok....that is very vague...but here is the approach i would take. 1. rename permanen.tbl file and reboot 2. rename calibrat.arc file and reboot * both files are located in c:\2kla\gui\guiqsv1* If it fixes the problem....it was a software issue. 3. If

cheers turns out it was both, cards needed reseating and also the ram flushed :) its back up and running now :)

Hi everyone, I was recently trying to troubleshoot a bad floppy driver on our QSV-1, which actually worked, I was able to read floppy drives but for some reason it all went downhill when one of the green LED's turned off and another red LED turned on

Tep stands for the transport card. The board is located in the front bottom left of the machine and should be by itself and have green and red leds lit on the top of it. I would try to reseat the card and then try to reboot the machine. If the proble
